Sonar Sweep

A calm circular scope with range rings and bearing ticks, and a conic beam that never stops turning: "monitoring in the background" made literal and loopable. Metrics are blips that brighten as the beam passes and fade after; one blip pings back coral, the scope locks on, and a contact card slides out for a human to decide.

MOTION · MUSIC

Sweep — linear rotation 360° per 2 bars (4 s at 120 BPM), never eased; it is the metronome of the film.
Blip decay — each blip goes 1 → 0.15 opacity over one rotation, triggered by its angle, so blips light up exactly as the beam crosses.
Ping — ring scale 0 → 3 and opacity 1 → 0, power2.out, three staggered rings synced to three kick drums.

WHY / RISK · ADAPT IT

A turning beam is the clearest possible picture of "watching in the background", it loops forever and it locks to the beat. Risk: military connotations; keep it calm and scientific, with no crosshairs or targeting language.

Adapt to your product: Label the rings with your own objects (services, regions, customers, pipelines) and let the contact card show your product's real alert and action.
